Description
Hampton Lane Shiraz Cabernet Merlot
The fruit was harvested when the flavours were ripe, then crushed and fermented as separate parcels. Fermentation on skins lasted X days. Following fermentation the wine was gently pressed off skins and then matured on French oak (20% new 80% seasoned) for 14 months before the wine was blended and bottled.
